Yes. KXS Energy acts as subcontractor and supplier, does not appear as general contractor on your site and does not sell directly to your client.
In Germany, agri-PV according to DIN SPEC 91434 is eligible under the EEG on agricultural land. The additional bonus under Section 38b EEG applies only to elevated systems with at least 2.1 m clearance in tenders, so ground-level tracker systems generally do not receive it (as of September 2026). Austria, Switzerland, Italy and the Netherlands have their own rules, which KXS Energy checks for your site.
